Ever Restaurant

I am truly thankful to everyone at Ever for providing such a memorable experience as my wife and I celebrated our 23rd marriage anniversary there recently . Their dining space is very serene with perfect lighting and minimalist decor which creates the optimal environment to enjoy a sumptuous meal (I will be dreaming about that mushroom mousse for a long time!). Every single person on the wait staff and the sommelier were so authentically friendly carrying out their duties with dedicated precision and care while paying hommage to the dishes and wine pairings by taking the appropriate time to discuss them and engage in dialogue. After the disaster that was our Alinea experience, this delightful meal saved our weekend! Make sure this restaurant is at the top of your list! And do make sure to check out the After bar for pretty amazing cocktails.

Incredible dining experience. Worth the price and deserving of the Michelin stars. Every dish was memorable in its own unique way. Pro tip, try the non alcoholic pairing instead of the wine pairing. They do non alcoholic pairings like no other restaurant can.

Dined at Ever with my wife and kids (teenagers). This was a fantastic dining experience from the moment you arrived until you finished that last sip of coffee. All the dishes here are unique and have a great flavor profile. The kids had the nonalcoholic beverage pairing, and they both were very impressed. Service is exemplary, but our sommelier was speaking too fast, describing the wine and the related dish. I would return again for another special occasion!

Last year, I convinced my group of friends to try a 1 star Michelin restaurant. My entire purpose for that was leading to being able to get a reservation at Ever. I had researched, studied and followed closely to what they were doing. It did not disappoint in the slightest. From the moment we walked in I knew this is what I had been waiting for. They knew exactly who we were for the reservation. The laughter started immediately with the maitres d, an it just flowed from there. Once you step into the dining room and you take in the beauty of the dark interior with the soft lighting, the beautiful table, the promptness of the staff pushing in your chair, which we did try to beat them back from the bathroom before they could push it in for us every-time. We lost!! Danny, was hilarious with our table and the laughter all through the meal was amazing. I will come back just for the level of service we received. Now, the food. I can’t even begin to put into words how every piece of herb, flower, gel, and spice was set perfectly to the dish. Each bite was more flavorful than the next and when it combined with everything on the plate it just went next level. The dream of eating here has been a 2.5 year wait, Dream fulfilled. To the staff at Ever front of house and back of house thank you. Thank you beyond any way I can express my gratitude for the Experience I was able to partake in last night. To Chef Curtis Duffy, the menu you built with the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, this is a memory that will last a lifetime.

Every dish and wine pairing matched perfectly. Flavors, textures, and presentation are all done in concert to give you and your palette something to remember. It was one of the best dining experiences I have ever had.

Honestly just a fantastic experience. This is the equivalent of coming for dinner with a show — you get so much more out of it than just the meal. Standouts were the scallop and mango final dessert. Nice calm pacing, about 2 1/2 hours seated. Service was amazing, just the most courteous and attentive staff. Dan was awesome! Also adore the Matthew mcconaughey audio in the bathrooms. What’s not to love about hearing him while you do your business. 100% recommend, come here hungry because you will leave SO FULL - The last 3 courses were a struggle for me and I have a healthy appetite. We came for my husband’s birthday and they added special touches for us which were so appreciated. Side note: check out the After lounge before your reservation for a quick drink. Great inventive cocktails that aren’t available to order at Ever, and you can come into Ever through the observatory which is a really cool space!

This was my third time dining at Ever, and once again, it did not disappoint. I’ve been to nearly 30 Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and Ever consistently remains in my top two. The food is flawless, the service is out of ...
